“We eventually found out that he had had eight physical addresses and none had his name on them,” Rhonda said. “We knew of some of his associates, but we couldn’t contact them so we just had to track them until they made contact with him. It took a couple of weeks but I found out where he lived, knocked on the door and he opened it.

When the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan were created in 1905 and the fourth Meridian selected as the inter provincial boundary, the Village of Lloydminster was split in two.
